The City Development Agency of East Sarajevo – RAIS held the second info day on February 19, 2024, titled “Presentation of the LIBECCIO project, DMSS system, and ETIP platform.” The event took place at the Administrative Center of the City of East Sarajevo, with 20 participants from 12 institutions representing the local QHelix community, such as ministries, municipalities and cities, the academic community, business support organizations, destination management companies, NGOs, and sectoral agencies.
After the opening words by the Director of the City Development Agency of East Sarajevo, Anja Krsmanović, and the Head of the Mayor’s Cabinet of the City of East Sarajevo, Ognjen Sladoje, the LIBECCIO project was presented to participants by project team members Adriana Rac and Mladenka Pandurević, as well as the upgraded DMSS system and ETIP platform. During the discussion, participants emphasized that the functionality and use of the upgraded platforms are of utmost importance for the development of sustainable tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Additionally, the official representatives, especially the Ministries, expressed their readiness to provide relevant data for the DMSS database with the aim of offering their selfless help to the successful implementation of the test activities that will be carried out in the City of East Sarajevo.
