On the 9th and 10th April, in the vibrant city of Patras, Region of Western Greece (RWG) hosted the third project meeting and Steering Committee of the Libeccio project.
The hybrid meeting was introduced by the deputy governor for entrepreneurship, research and innovation of RWG Takis Papadopoulos and then started by Maura Mingozzi, representative of the Lead Partner Emilia-Romagna Region (Italy) and coordinator of the project. The work was also followed, from remote, by Axel Rodriguez, Interreg Euro-MED project officer.
A recap and overview of last activities and deliverables accomplished were made and next steps ahead were sketched. Namely, a first demo of the Data Management Support System was offered live by Athena, main technical Partner of the project.
Then, a hot topic discussed was the methodology to use for the soon-to-be living labs of the pilot areas, facilitated and enriched by the expertise of Tunde Kallai, Founder of the European Network of Living Labs.
Finally, external communication, stakeholders involvement and the EuroMED Tourism Innovation Platform were at the center of the discussion.
Apart from the planned work sessions, the participants had the opportunity to get to know Patras’ rich archeological heritage and culture, also thanks to the guided tour offered by the hosting partner.
