Bourgas Regional Tourist Association (BRTA) held 3 info days, aiming at presenting the project LIBECCIO, along with its two main outputs, the Data Management Support System (DMSS) and the EuroMED Tourism Innovation Platform (ETIP).
The first info day was held on 20.11.2024 in the Municipality of Burgas. 19 different stakeholders participated in the event: representatives of Municipality of Burgas and the Municipal council of Burgas, State enterprises, Museums, NGOs, schools and one of the universities in Burgas.
On 17.12.2024 again in the building of Municipality of Burgas was organized the second info day, presenting the project, the DMSS and the ETIP. 9 stakeholders participated – mainly representatives of different municipalities in the region and NGOs representatives.
The project team decided to organize a third info day on 09.04.2025 in Nessebar, an ancient town under the UNESCO protection. The Municipality of Nessebar has indeed the biggest tourist flow of Bulgaria. The info day was planned as part of an event organized in the framework of another project implemented by BRTA and Municipality of Nessebar, TOURAL, under HORIZON EUROPE Programme. 18 different stakeholders participated: representatives of academia/schools, NGOs, tourism business and the Municipality of Nessebar.
