On February 7, 2025, the Terrassa City Council organizes the 2nd Infoday LIBECCIO at “El Vapor de Prodis” in Terrassa, as part of the Plenary session of the Tourism Working Group. The event aims to create synergies between the administration and the city’s tourism businesses, while also inviting local entrepreneurs to join the Euro-MED Tourism Innovation Platform.
During the session, an overview of key tourism indicators from 2024 is going to be presented, along with a review of ongoing initiatives, including participation in the European LIBECCIO project.
The event will place particular emphasis on sustainable and responsible tourism, with the goal of improving the competitiveness of the city’s tourism services and achieving a responsible tourism model based on environmental, economic, and sociocultural sustainability principles.
In the final part of the session, the Prodis organization will present their project “El Vapor de Prodis”, an example of Sustainable Tourism with social impact . Additionally, a guided tour of the facilities will be offered.
