Our story

Libeccio capitalizes on a series of previous project experiences, in particular the Innoxenia project, in turn followed up by Innoxenia Plus (Adrion Programme 2014-2020 and 2021-2027).

Innoxenia developed a web platform called TIDDS (Tourism Innovation Decision Support System), which can be seen ad a less sophisticated version of the DMSS.

The partnership

Emilia-Romagna Region (Italy) is the governmental body of its territory. It has a wide experience in the definition of sustainable tourism models, testing new forms of tourism, developing innovative and digital tools for the competitiveness of the tourism sector and the creation of networks of European partners.

CNA Abruzzo (Italy) is the regional branch of the National Confederation of the Craft Sector and Small and Medium Enterprises. It offers services to improve the competitiveness and innovation of SMEs, such as cluster support, startup assistance, training, events and support for digitalization, green transition, and internationalization.

ATHENA (Greece) is a public research centre with a focus on ICT technologies. The Industrial Systems Institute (ISI) is one of its institutes, focusing on industrial informatics and their application in a wide range of domains, including manufacturing but also civil protection, smart cities, smart energy and transport, culture and tourism.

The Tourism Service of Terrassa City Council (Spain) is dedicated to promoting tourism in the city. Terrassa is a vibrant city in Catalunya, located 20km from Barcelona. It has a rich cultural and artistic heritage and it’s surrounded by an awesome natural landscape. Also known for its thriving cultural scene, it hosts numerous festivals and events.

The Chamber of Commerce of Terrassa (Spain) is one of the most important Chambers of Catalonia Region and belongs to the 88 Spanish Chambers of Commerce and Industry Network. It has a wide experience in analyzing Data, focusing on the Key Performance Indicators and contribute to create useful tools for sustainable tourism models.

Bourgas Regional Tourist Association (Bulgaria) supports and encourages the development of tourism in Bourgas region , so as to enhance it as a tourist destination. It works in close cooperation with its members municipalities, local tourist organisations, educational institutions and all regional governmental bodies.

DMO Green Karst (Slovenia) is the managing body of Green Karst tourist destination, whose main highlights are natural sites such as underground caves, disappearing lakes and activities in nature. Working with all regional tourist providers of the territory, its main goals are the development of new experiences and programmes, sustainable management and promotion.

Kotor Municipality (Montenegro) is a local governmental body having the aim of satisfying the needs of direct and common interest of local residents, also developing successful international cooperation. Kotor is member of several prestigious societies, associations and organizations, aiming to promote European standards and values.

The City Development Agency of East Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) is the public sectoral agency of its territory. It has experience in giving guidance on digitalization to SMEs operating in tourism sector and raising awareness on new digital technologies and tourism trends that are emerging due to digital transformation.

The Region of Western Greece is an EU NUTS 2 level local government. It has a significant experience in Tourism and in implementing European Territorial Cooperation and other EU funded projects, capitalizing the learnt lessons and acquired experience in its Regional Operational Programme (ROP).
